Who runs this site

This site is run by Josh Wood's management team. For anything on this page, write to maiteland@josh36wood.com.

The enquiry form

The form on Work with Josh asks for your name, brand, email address and message. It is sent through Formspree, a US service that passes it on to us.

We use it only to reply to your enquiry. We do not share it and we do not sell it.

The race-weekend dispatch

If you sign up on the homepage, we collect your email address. It is sent through Formspree and used only to send you a short email after each race weekend. We do not share it and we do not sell it.

We keep it until you unsubscribe. To unsubscribe, email maiteland@josh36wood.com and we will remove it.

How long we keep an enquiry

We keep your enquiry for 12 months after our last reply, then delete it.

Visit counts

We use Google Analytics to count visits: which pages are read, roughly where visitors are and what device they use. It sets cookies only if you choose Accept on the banner. If you choose Reject, no analytics cookies are set and your visit is not counted.

Google Analytics keeps visit data for 2 months.

You can change your choice at any time with Cookie settings in the footer.

Asking for your data to be deleted

Email maiteland@josh36wood.com and say what you sent and when. We will delete it and confirm by email. You can also ask what we hold about you, or ask us to correct it.

If you are not happy with how we handle your data, you can complain to Spain's data protection authority, the AEPD.
